ChemPro Launches New Hands-On Workshop for DG Labelling, Marking & Placarding in Latest IMDG Certification Course.

ChemPro is pleased to announce the successful launch of our newly developed in-class practical workshop on dangerous goods (DG) labelling, marking, and placarding during the IMDG Certification Course conducted in November 2025.

In this latest session, participants were grouped and assigned real-life scenarios requiring them to label and mark their own packages, followed by placarding containers with segregation in the subsequent stage of the workshop. This hands-on approach was designed to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and actual operational practice.

Throughout the workshop, participants worked collaboratively to analyze problems, discuss solutions, and apply the knowledge gained during the course. We observed noticeably higher levels of engagement, teamwork, and confidence, as well as a more dynamic and interactive classroom environment. The practical exercises also enabled participants to better understand the key considerations in real DG operations, identify areas for improvement, and strengthen their overall competency.
